Rob Spurrier
Founder / CEO
With over 20 years experience in the golf industry. Rob has a specialist expertise in golf academy management and coaching services, having focused most of his career around this. Rob has experience in general golf operations both in the UK and internationally but in the past few years has focused on growing and developing the game through setting up and running golf academies including for the largest owner and operator of courses in the UK, Crown Golf.
Andrew Simmonds
Operations Director (Academies and Programming)
Andrew is the company’s Operation’s Director (Academies and Programming), having been on the front line of player development for over 10 years, and managing his own academies, Andrew now leads the team in managing and growing our academy management business.
Luke Bainbridge
Sales and Marketing Associate
Luke is a keen golfer, playing off a single figure handicap, and is responsible for managing and converting all leads generated through our marketing.
Luke has had a great impact helping to fill taster days, learn to play programmes, junior camps and our coaches’ lesson diaries.
